Tyre sizes and profiles - Is a 245/45 16 OK?

Afternoon esteemed Chim owners. Having recently picked up my 2nd Chim (a lovely Imperial Blue 500) I'll soon need to change the tyres due to excessive :driving:.
Ive searched all the size / speed rating / availability threads but havent seen an answer to this one. The car is currently running Griff alloys with 225/50/15s on the front and 245/45/16s on the back. All are SO2s so Im planning Toyos. The car feels great with good ride and plenty of grip so I was thinking about sticking with the same sizes. What are issues with the lower-than-standard 45 profile? What difference to the speedo can I expect and are there any other downsides I need to consider :scratchchin:.
Thoughts anyone?

No comprehende,245x45x16 is standard for a 500,are you saying/asking you want to go lower than a 45 profile?

Yep. Your sizes are standard => no issues.

The penny has dropped. As a 50 profile was standard on the 400 I assumed it as the same on the 500. Should have checked. Thanks all.
