Fuel Pipe

The fuel leak on my 97 Chimaera has been tracked down to a split puel supply pipe between the filter, and the engine bay fuel rail.

Planning on replacing both the supply and the return sections, all the way through from front to back, and also the shorter sections arround the pump and filter at the back.

Question is how much of the high-pressure stuff will i need. quick look says that it will be about 5m. But has anybody done this and know how much is needed before i stick the car up on the stands.

I think it comes in 10m rolls, just buy a roll, had mine done recently and the whole lot was done in 1 go...

Go for the stainless steel braided type, more expensive but its more of a fit and forget than the rubber hose and it withstands the heat and pressures allot better.
