Mirrors adjustment

Hi,
I have a small issue on my Chimaera, mirrors on both side do not want to be adjusted vertically, only horizontally.
First, they were not working at all, I figured out that the relay in the driver door was full of rust. I've changed it (with what I think is the equivalent).
Then, I was able to move them from left to right, but in the other direction, I ear the relay clicking but nothing is moving.
Have you an idea?
This is affecting the driver and passenger side.

Was new relay 5 pin ?

Yes this is this one, with 87 and 87a.
I have measured the tension on the back of the relay holder and I see that I have 12v on pin 87 when I activate the switch up or down.

Pin 87 is the correct pin to be testing so if that is giving 12v then you need to be looking for the same at the change over switch pin 24.

But first sit in the car an spend 5 minutes switching that switch back and forth to see if it will clean up some possible dirty contacts.
