Spotted a set of Image wheels for sale at potentially a good price, not sure if they’ll fit without issues though.

I’m pretty confident that the rears will fit with a sensible tyre choice (probably a 245/40 or similar) but a lot of the reading I’ve done doesn’t seem to have a general consensus on whether the fronts will fit without catching. I’ve asked the seller to confirm the offset but is there a particular ET range I need to aim for?

ET on the standard wheels is 25. You can go a bit higher (which puts the wheel further into the wheel arch) and use spacers (and longer studs if your spacers are over 6mm thick). Hubcentric spacers if you are over 10mm thick.
What you cannot do is go much lower than 25, as that will start with the wheel too far out in wheel arch.
I have 17 inch wheels and often run ET38 wheels with 5mm spacers, which makes ET33, and that is fine so long as I don't go wider than 215mm tyres (215/45/17 are what I most often use)
Hope this helps.
