Squeak and Shocking situation

Good Day Everyone.
Looking for help on 2 issues, one is hopefully quick - the other potentially more costly.
1. Squeeking:
I have 2 annoying squeaks in the cabin which i'm trying to eliminate but cant see how to get any type of lubricant in place. one is the clutch pedal on its return - it sounds like the pedal box (im guessing internal spring) - ive tried putting lubricant on the shaft ;-) to see if it soaks in but to no avail. Any ideas how to lubricate it?
The other is on the steering column just behind the steering wheel - every now and then it squeaks when on tight lock, but again i see no access for grease or lubricant - any ideas?
2. - Bilstein's
Mine look very tired now, and pretty sure the front Nearside has drooped a little and become a little springy for my liking. Does anyone know where and what sort of cost these might be to re-firbish...... or even a kit to do it myself which I fancy a go at over winter perhaps....... but would depend on the cost to Faff ratio entirely. This ends in inevitable other new parts such as bushings etc im guessing.
Or the alternative to buy new and just replace.

Think I remember shocks being £100 each for a refurb, you can buy new for about that. I've got Gaz monos, bilstein seem to have a sale on at the mo but I don't know our part numbers..
