Pictures of Cobra Sports Seat Fitted
Discussion
As promised some pictures of a Cobra Monaco sports seat.
It does fit and only requires one hole to be drilled.
You don't need any special runners, although the runners on the Cobra are not as wide as on the original seats (about an inch shorter). Remove the two triangular mountings on the front of the originals and mount them on the new seat, a bit of jangling around and it should drop into three holes. Then drill new hole for the fourth.
Must admit it is tight for seatbelt access and where the door meets the shoulder pad of the seat.
All I have to do now is either dye it a darker blue (my eye sight isn't what it was
), or leather it up in cream/blue

Afternoon!
Firstly - the wheels are actually 4 stud 18 inch 5 spokes. They fit straight on without any catching or reduction in turning ability. Only slight problem is little hint of tramlining. They're cheap though, and thus un-branded, but I thought it was the best way to go just in case the above problems arose - I think it makes the car look more butch, just like it should be.
Agreed on the seatbelt issues, I'll have to look into it, although I was trying to answer the member's questions about whether aftermarket seats fit - they do, very easily.
