I don't know how you turned up the first one, but I'm guessing a search with 'tvr' and 'st helens' ?
Being suspicious of TVR and 'fastfit' appearing on the same page, and their overly excessive use of the term 'TVR' in their extensive blurb, I searched using 'vauxhall' and 'st helens'... guess who comes up... laugh
Now maybe they really are TVR, Vauxhall and (insert your chosen brand here) specialists, but if it smells like a fish...

.......
I searched for 'TVR servicing North West', but am looking for somewhere fairly local to Manchester. They came up 3rd & 4th after XWorks & Pistonheads references.

Apparently Fastfit do Aston Martin too. biglaugh

Can't vouch for Fastfit, but some of the reviews are pretty shocking. Fee up front to come out and inspect and then ludicrous charges to repair.

As previous owner of a Caterham 7, I have always heard good things about Oakmere.

Oakmere in Northwitch used to be Christopher Neil's the original supplier of my Chimaera. Nice big shiny premises, presumably main dealer type prices.
Tourquervt at Middlewich certificate looks to have expired for their site but it's legit.
TrackvRoad in Clithero
xworks near Kirkham

I think they're all the specialists closest to Manchester. There used to be one at FTP at Handforth too but not sure if they still do TVR now.

Ian Lambert at TorqueRVT is ex- Chris Neil/ Oakmere. He's very knowledgeable and trustworthy; calls a spade a spade but won't rip you off

Part of Central TVR group now it appears. All servicing done in the Midlands (just outside Brum), 100 mlies or so away driving .
