Removing Chim door trim to get cig lighter!

Help!
I urgently need to replace the cigar lighter (it's badly corrded and not working) but not 100% sure on how to get the door trim off.
I've taken the speaker out and had a good feel around behind there, but not sure what I should be feeling for!
To make matters worse, I have a big scar on my arm and all that scrambling around through the speaker hole has scratched it so now my arm looks gross!
Anyway, I know this question has probably been asked a million times before, but the search thingy isn't working!

I tried to get my door trim off about two months ago as my window is rattling and anoying the hell out of me.
After about half hour of feeling around for the third nut, I gave up as it was too tight. tried to get WD40 to etc. but it would not budge. I have had the trim off before so I don't know why I had a problem.
Anyway, my elbow started to hurt during the night, and when I woke up, my elbow had swollen up. Over the next few days, my whole forearm was swollen and it looked like an allergic reaction. I also hurt like hell and I could not bend it. I ended up going to the hospital and they said it was called Pre-Patellar Bursitis (Housemaid's Knee). After about a month, it went. Apparently caused by the rubbing on my elbow to the speaker hole.
Just a warning to anyone venturing into the depths of the door trim!

I gave up in the end cos my scar was beginning to look a mess.
I popped down the the guys down at Walldonway, Ditton, and they very kindly fixed it for me! Popped a new cig lighter in and everything!
Never met such helpful people in the motor trade!
I just popped in on the off chance someone would have a few minutes to spare and 3 or 4 of them came over and between them managed to get it off, locate a new lighter and put it back together. Considering they were supposed to be moving out that day I was very impressed!
They're moving to new workshops and would highly recommend them to anyone for being so helpful. 01622 885800 is their new number. I know it was only a silly little job, but it's the sort of thing I'll always remember.
