What sort of jacks/ramps are you using to lift up to axle stand height

SGS low level trolley jack. Or any that will fit under your car.
Very good jacks. I got a rubber puck to prevent marking the chassis.

+1. Quite a heavy jack but I've been very pleased with mine.

I got the low level one from halfords, works just fine, also use a couple of rubber pads to protect my powder coated chassis.
Also use the 2 ton axle stands from there, though need to put a paving slab under the jack to get the car high enough to get the stands from the second hole to the third.
Also put rubber or something to protect the chassis on the stands.
All works fine, I’ve raised the car fully in that set up.

Don’t forget wheel chocks of course

I've got a Sealey 2001LEHV 2.25 Tonne Low Entry Rocket Lift, goes from ground level to full height in about 5 pumps I think. Have a rubber jack pad from eBay that I've drilled a hole in which fits over the bolt on the corners of the outriggers.

I have an Arcan 2000kg jack from Costco. It lifts to 50cm and is low enough to get to the front and rear jacking points.

Edit turns out it's 2 tonne not 3. Still very happy with it.

I currently have sgs jacks that have been ok for me but they have not got a great reputation.
Personally I would look elsewhere.
