Ice warner - thermistor value?

Anyone know the value/spec of the thermistor that comprises the sensorfor this? I'd measure it but mine is just crumbly white powder now :lick:

According to the bible..

Light extinguished....<1.07 k ohms
green 1.07
orange 1.13
red >1.25

According to 'The Bible', the resistances corresponding to the change in colour of the LED on the dash are:

Red >1.25kR
Orange 1.13kR
Green 1.07kR
Off <1.07kR

(where kR = kilohms).

Unfortunately, I don't have an owner's manual, so I don't know at what temperature each LED is supposed to light.

The standard TVR part has a 10% tolerance. If the dealers don't have one try Farnell or RS for a replacement.

Thanks for that... bit difficult without the temperatures. Just looked at Maplin's website and there's s few there but none seem an obvious 'fit' to me, though the key temperatures for their specs are 0 degrees, 25 degrees and 100 degrees C. None of the 0 degree resistances seem to co-incide with the figures suggested in the bible
