I'm not sure this is a wise move.
Having a couple of mountain bikes on the roof is going to play merry hell with you 0-60 times and I can't imagine that with a 4 litre chim you would get more than 130 mph tops.
Its also worth bearing in mind that overall performance on track days would almost certainly be affected.
Have you thought of buying a volvo?

There was a report of a Griff with a surfboard on the roof heading south over the summer. :repect:
Speculation was that they had got a spare/scrap roof panel and drilled it to put the board holder on.
Big difference to mountain bike(s) though - even lightweight ones weigh signifantly more than a surfboard - I'd worry about the ability of the roof panel to hold that weight without damaging the hoop or cracking the roof - even before you load it up with aero forces on your 100mph 'bike on' run (you won't be able to resist will you?!
