What does this switch control on a LHD Chim?

Hi,
Just got a Chinaera and am wondering what this switch controls. It’s on the left side of the centre console on a 2001 LHD Chimaera 450.

If the car has air con, I believe that is the recirc switch.

My '99 450 has aircon and this switch does indeed control the recirc flap.
But, don't ask me which way is which!
