Previous Owner? Chimaera 400 - R115 TBD / R85 EAN / L1BLA

Hi All - as said on another post, I've just acquired the above car, which HPI check shows had a number of different reg plates assigned, R115 TBD being the original reg number.

Is a previous owner on here? I'm trying to track down the history, as it only came with a wad of old MOT certificates. I have no handbook wallet or service history...would much appreciate if anyone knows this car.
