6`3" in a Chrimera? Poss?

Hi - my Boxster S is being picked up tomorrow, and looking to join the Trevor club!

Either a Tamora or a Chim, and currently leaning towards the Chim.

Tell me oh learned enthusiasts, as a pretty big guy highting in at 6`3".. will I fit?

I was ok in my porker, but my accelerator leg could go very very dead on a 2hr+ journey.

What do you reckon?

Yes, I,ve been in one and it was fine.They were designed by Peter Wheeler who is roughly the same size as me(6ft3 and 15 stone) and Clarkson.
There are bigger people than me on here with chims.

My dads 6'4" and well, not skinny, and fits in my Chimaera no problems. The adjustable pedal height is really useful!

I have a colleague who takes the seat cushion out of his Tuscan. Can you do that on a Chim?

6' plus in the passenger seat can be a little uncomfortable due to the battery box

I'm 6'3" and a bit and fit perfectly in my Griff - I don't even have the seat all the way back so even if you're a fan of the gangsta pimp driving style you should be OK

Incidentally I stood next to PW at the motor show a couple of years ago and he towered over me!

You had better try one because at 6'2'' I find the headroom a bit of an issue. It's not the space directly above the head that's the problem, it's the edge of the hood section that is raised and lowered which I can feel if I push my head back. I think that my head would hit it pretty hard in the event of a rear end shunt even with the head rest fully raised.

I'm 6'2" ans there is plenty of room, both in the leg and to the roof. Unless you have a very long back and short legs you will not have a problem. ( No, I am not being sarcastic. We are not all made up from similar proportions ) After a few test drives you will be able to confirm this.

Yep, I'm a big bloke and have no problem in the drivers seat. I'm 6'3" and my mate (who's car it is) is the same. As stated though, passenger footwell is a bit short so make sure you spend all of your time behind the wheel

I'm 6'2 and have had no probs whatsoever, in fact I don't even have the seat all the way back.

I've also suffered a ruptured knee in my chequered past and in some other cars I have a real problem on long journeys but so far so good in the Chim...

I'm 6'5" (am I the tallest here :-)?) and have few problems in my Chimaera.

I'd like to remove the block from under the seat at some point, and that damned steering-wheel height adjuster gets in the way, and my head touches the overhead bar if I lean back but that's OK! I've never (well, since c. 17) been able to touch a head rest on any vehicle, be it plane, train, Land Rover or car- it's not a huge problem so long as you avoid crashing.

It's the first sporty car I've felt comfortable in.

Wheeler is 6'6", so you should find the Chimaera driving position ok; I'm 6'1" and have to pull the seat forward.
Could adjust the pedal box,but I gather only brake and clutch adjust, not loud pedal(is this correct?)

6'5" here - no probs in the Chim. Like biggiles, it's the first car I've felt proper comfy in.

Okay, there's not an abundance of room but there's never going to be when you're that tall. At least I can turn the steering wheel (which I couldn't in my old MG)

I do have to wear driving shoes/boots though as otherwise the size 13s hit every pedal at once
