Hi all,

I’ve recently ran into some clutch related issues on my chim. I took the car to a “specialist” whereby they undertook the following work:

- Master cylinder and slave cylinder replaced.
- Clevis pin replaced.
-Rebleed clutch.
-Replace clutch arm and pivot and pushrod.

And a few weeks later… I’ve now lost again 70% of clutch pedal depth and can see that the reservoir is now empty (have topped up, which provided some degree of pedal feel back). I have also noticed some leaking in the footwell… which I assume is the fluid.

Any help / ideas would be greatly appreciated - my initial thoughts are it may need another rebleed… but I am not expert at all.

Thanks

If not pipework/unions maybe poorly fitted seals in the new cylinders?

Give it back to them, there should be no fluid escaping from the system.

If they had the master from Motaclan there's a good chance it will have failed very quickly like mine did recently.
