What is an average price for a front end respray?

How close do they match/blend the original paint?

General comments of experiance good/bad of re-sprays on TVR's

Any recomendations on paint shop in the Reading area?

All our paintwork goes to Tom Horsburgh who is based in Frensham, Nr Farnham, Surrey. He specialises in TVR's and strives for perfection. Never, ever had a customer comeback re his work. With a sensible hourly rate he's gotta be worth a call on (01428) 608255

Mine, with some minor GRP work came out to be around £1300 but that was on insurance.

They resprayed the bonnet and most of the wings and the slam panel at the front and you honestly couldnt tell that a sprayer had been near it, a fantastic job.

This was with Ewelme in Oxfordshire.

Matt.

According to their web site Webb autos (tvr bodyshop) do all the body work for Peninsula and Bristol might be easier to get to - My chimaera is there currently having a headlamp conversion and front end respray. Will post the results next week !

I had Ewelme do my old Chimaera via Henley. They did an excellent job on repairing the damage a numpty did after reversing into my car.

Ewelme Coachworks also did a great job on my Chimaera after I took the door off on a lamp post.... long story. They quoted my £850 to repsray the whole front end removing the stone chips.
