Interior light delay

The space on the fuse box for the interior light delay relay on my 98 4L Chim has been 'hot wired' with two scotch loc spade connectors which allows the lights to come on and go off with the doors - But shouldn't there be a light delay, and if so, where's the relay come from? Landy Disco is my guess.

Anyone got an answer??

My 99 Griff has a Ford delay module, it has 6566 13c 718 aa on it. Hope this helps.
