Any luck selling Chims

Is anyone having any luck selling their Chim just now? I have mine on at what I reckon is a pretty reasonable price with good illustrative photos and have had no interest whatsoever. Its quite annoying as I am pretty keen to sell just now (at the wrong time of year, I know) but anyone got any suggestions?

I have had plenty of calls from Motorlink, Cardirect etc, presumably from my autotrader advert. Gits

Going from experience, the problem is that prices normally seem to be lower/softer after christmas ..also just before christmas is not such a good time to sell as everyone is panic buying the X-box or whatever for little jimmy, and the Prada boots for 'er indoors, not thinking about a soft-top for next summer.

I put mine up for sale in November 04 IIRC. It didnt sell until buyers came out the woodwork in March...

Just put mine up on PH & autotrader (waaaaaaaaaaaah!)v.cheap really. Hoping for a quick sale too.

Ooops. Put car through a hedge tonight and had to get AA to come and tow it out. Not too badly damaged but now at Hilton Coachworks in Bishops Stortford for some work. Will take 6-8 weeks.

..stuff like that is inevetably going to put some people off.

Not again - if people want to sell there car - just sell them - why should us bod that don't want to sell them care if they are selling or not - a car is only worth as much as someone is will into pay.

Er, what? I am asking if anyone else is having any luck selling just now.

Anyway, thanks to others for comments. May remove profile link or edit profile. In reality the car hit the hedge at about 15 miles an hour and once the two truck had pulled it off I managed to drive it the 40 miles home and 50 miles to the body shop with no problem at all.
