Nightmare few days

Sent the TVR off to a waxoyl and some leven bits. It sat outside at the dealer waiting for me to pick it up and discoverd it leaks bad. The fabric on the roof was soaked through, needs treating.

Then found the stiching for the perspects has also given way so needs replacing.

Dried the car out in the garage and blew up two fan heaters, oh also the battery drained.

Not a good few TVR days. Any sugestions on hood work in the Reading area?

Lot's of threads on this. This is not a fault. All soft tops with fabric/mohair type roofs should be re-sealed every year or so. Thompsons works, plus Auto Glym do a good fabric roof kit. Water then just runs off.
