17" Alloy Wheels

Have ordered a set of 17" split rims from Image Wheels for my Chim. Am also having Protech adjustable Shockers with Rose Jointed Drop Links. Is the car likely to tramline? If so, what can be done about it ?

Interestingly when i put 17"'s on my nitron equiped chim i found less tramlining ?

As a rule tramlining increases with reduced tyre wall height but other things such as tyre choice and pressure, suspension alignment, etc play a part too. There's no way to know how the car will feel until you put it on the road. From what I read on PH I'd say you're probably OK at 17" but don't go any bigger.

So - now you've got room for bigger brakes

My chim has 17ins alloys fitted no problems with tram lining, go for it as long as the offsets etc are right
