Chimaera Weight Distribution

We hear all this stuff about BMW chassis having 50 / 50 weight distribution.

Well - does anyone have the stats for a post '98 face-lift Chim.??

Would be very interested to know.

The V8S is almost exactly bang on 50:50. The Griffith and Chimaera are slightly heavier but I'd expect the weight distribution to be similar.

I guess your Chim aint gonna be far different from my 98 Griff which I understand to be 51% front/49% rear. Though I've not confirmed this (but I intend to when I have access to the kit), I did weigh the thing on a freshly calibrated weighbridge and it was bang on what the handbook stated: 1060 KG.
