Can anyone tell me where I can get hold of the 7/16" x 5" long bolts that mount the lower wishbones through the outriggers?

I've tried all my local fastener people, 4 1/2" is the largest they go up to, also tried a few Indi's around the country and they can't help either.

Any ideas?
Regards
Iain

There are various people who sell fasteners online, like Namrick. There doesn't seem to be a huge amount between them on price. I'm sure you could get a better deal if you turned up in person with grubby overalls, but that assumes you can find a good local stockist.

I've bought the 1/2" and the rest of the 7/16" stuff from two local stockists. In the past, when working on the RRSE on the Pyms Lane site, I'd ask people in the know, but with VW taking over you can't breathe without permission.

For someone like you, Joo, ie a company, dealing in hundreds of units a year (I assume you replace the nuts and bolts when you do bushes?) would a firm like INFAST or Serco Ryan be better? or get some shipped from China with all that tea you seem to be buying at the moment

If it of service, I can put togther bolt kits for the cars which would be a lot cheaper than it would cost to get them from Namrick or other places.

Joo when you have a moment let me know what you need and I'll price them up. Makes sense to include Nylocs and washers as well.
