Farewell to the Chim thread.......I sold her last weekend (and could have done 5 times over (based in the 20+ people that enquired about her) and her new custodian came to pick her up on Thursday.
He called me today to say that she wouldn't start.............
I felt really bad, and informed him that she'd never failed on me......(hollow words for someone that had just parted with a 5 figure sum in cash)
It turned out to be that he'd run out of fuel, the same mistake I made the day I bought her. The fuel gauge overheads...
Good luck to his new purchase, he's going to be on PH soon. I feel a sense of responsibility for his new baby!
