Oil pressures+water temp

Hi there. looking at buying a Chim, very familiar with TVR's generally ie chassis etc but can you offer any buying advice in terms of what to look for regarding water temp, oil pressure etc....plus anything else I should be looking for..

ok, thanks. I am aware of steel tube chassis and how important they are but apart from the chassis??
