On mine, you had to sit in the boot and undo the screws from the 'ceiling' of the bonnet space. There are also screws on the inside as well.
Personally I'd leave it to an experienced fitter as you have to stretch the fabric back over the hoop, and it has to be very taught. Cost me £200 to pay someone to do it.

From inside the car working from the front.
Undo the two "pivot" hex bolts on either side,(make sure you don't loose the spacer shims)
Unscrew the two posidrive screw's either side(under the plastic cover domes)
Next get a mate to hold a spanner on the three remaining nuts in the boot(otherwise the nuts will drop behind the fuel tank) while you undo the three hexbolts from inside of the car.
Job done.
Almost forgot, disconnect the wire for the interior light.
