Power steering

I own a 94 Chim 400, i am considering fitting power steering, on reading Steve Heaths "Bible" it does not seem to much of a job, can anyone offer any advise or where i may be able to locate the parts required in the Essex area(new or good secondhand)?

Before you spend any money I highly recommend you try one with power steering it's all a matter of choice but when I was looking I tried both and much preffered the feel and good feedback you get from the road on a non-power steering car
