I have a Chimaera and want an Elise but as well as not instead of! I'd be interested to know your views on the two cars relative merits.

I seriously looked at a S2 Elise the other week. Loved it TBH.
Any more info on yours, colour, spec, mileage etc?

thanks for your suggestions! Mine is a 51 S2 Cobalt blue, 39,000 miles, just serviced and MOT'd (2 weeks ago). It's a third car so only used in dry weather, carpets, CD player, etc. We love it but miss our Chimaera sooooo much! They are both fab cars but for different reasons. Our TVR was a 5 litre beast and oh that noise! It was just such a gorgeous car. The Elise is such fun and so good on those corners. Oh I wish I could have one of each!

are you thinking of chopping in the Chim Zippee?!
they are great little cars the Elise's but i don't think they are as exciting as a Chim or any other TVR for that matter. have you not had a look at the silver 450 up Offords yet? i had a look at it the other day and its a cracker! got the leven aluminium dash, clear indicator lenses etc it's definetely worth a look.
