This is my first post on the forum so please treat me gently.
The washer on the passenger side has stopped functioning and I think the pipe has come off or it is blocked up. The dash top is off as I am changing some bulbs but I do not see how to gain access to the washer pipe. According to the bible there should be an access hole or if not a hole needs to be created. I have cut out a piece of GRP but there is another piece behind it. Can anyone tell me if I have to cut through the second skin or is there a better way to do it.
Any help greatly appreciated.
Also how do I upload a picture to illustrate my problem(with the car!)

My washer tube came loose so I drilled two 1" holes immediately in front of the washer outlet positions inside the engine bay using a 1" wood bit , removed the bonnet release on the drivers side ,did that gently, so as to effect good position access to drill. other side no problem, managed to reach both plastic leads[one from reservoir, the other to the passenger water feed, with pair of pliers with long jaws, brought these out into the engine bay with connectors in place;the plastic tubing had come away, bought some new tubing and retreaded it from one access hole to the other. Did this with some of that plastic coated wire that your mum /gran would use to put up net curtains, still available from old fashioned shops!!;used this wire as a"fish"from one hole to the other some sound deadening had to be removed on the passenger side when threaded thro new tubing, taped one end of the new plastic tubing to one end of the fish and pulled throu gently ,cut tubing to length fitted to existing connectors and closed holes with 2 1" rubber grommets to make water tight .Refitted bonnet release job done, takes a couple of hours
