Can't really comment on that one, but the RollCentre bar designed my Martin Short and sold through Tower View is very highly regarded.
Edit: I can't really tell from the angle of the photo in the link you posted, but the Rollcentre bar has been designed to take into the consideration that a roll bar on a road car can present a danger to occupants not wearing helmets striking their head on the bar in a shunt and injuring themselves.

ours is a recommended track only cage but does leave enough room so that no injury can be caused.
Ours uses all strength points such as seat belt mounting points etc, it also takes into account full roll characteristics of the car therefore making sure the floor wont flex where the seat mountings are. This cage can easily be modified into a full roll cage for racing etc.
Didn't know about the rollcentre one cheers for the comparison

The seat mount points (especially those on the back shelf if the car has them) are fine for seat belts but not roll bar/cage mounts as they effectively only have a single bolt taking any weight. The bolt is also in the wrong plane and is the only thing that holds the roll bar in place. Not very Blue Book.
The RollCentre one doesn't use any of them and has special fittings that go directly onto the main chassis structure.

Main Hoop - 3 bolts each side bolted to main rear corner of chassis floor pan, rear diagonals are bolted to holding plates on the seat belt mounts, special clamping arrangement meets the rear axle location area
my mistake checked it out it last.
designed more than nessesary for blue book spec
