Hi chaps,

Now that tvrgear.com has closed down, where is good to order parts from? Need upper and lower front ball joints.

I've found tvrcarparts.com , but they only seem to stock the upper ball joint, not the lower one.

Any good TVR dealer/specialist should be able to supply them.

Dan,

The top balljoint is off a Saab 900, from about 1991 onwards, cost about £5.00 each from any decent motor factor, I got mine from Mataquip in Coventry, just take the old one's with you. The bottom one is very similar to a lada one (i understand that one on the chim/griff is a modified version), Cost about £25.00 from TVR.

Track rod ends are escort MK2 just in case, again about a fiver!

Hope this helps any problems drop me an email to discuss.

Stvee.G.

It's a TVR parts place that was set up (i think) by an ex TVR dealer parts man who I think is called Keith to add further confusion. I don't know if there's a website yet (tho I know one is being done cos I know the bloke doing it) but I do know they do the ball joints cos a friend of mine makes them

Have you got any contact details for them? Couldn't find a website.
