Just taken my dash out for refurb by London Carriage Craft and discrovered that the square red warning light at the bottom of the tacho is not connected to anything. In fact the wires are so nicely coiled and really don't loook like they've every been attached to anything. Anyone else found this and know if this is just a mistake or are they all like this. My car is a 1996 pre-faclift Chim 400HC with magnolia dials. What to Type Emotion Graphic That Will Appear

I think they've all got that spare light, mine certainly has.

It's suggested within the Steve Heath 'bible' that this could be connected up to a 'change-up-light' similar to those in the Tuscan, but my understanding is that it is just 'spare'!

Thanks Paul, I thought it might be something like that, but wasn't sure.
