Hi, I remember working on a Rover 3.5 SD1 years ago that had lost its fuel pump supply. The owner then remembered that it was linked to the engine oil level, on topping up all was fine. Does anyone know how this feature worked and if it was passed on to the Chimaera?

Sounds like the fuel pump supply was routed through the oil pressure warning light sensor (presumably via a relay). I haven't see any TVRs wired up like this, not to say there aren't any.

I'm racking my brain thinking who would have a manual for a Rover. Just interested how it worked and possible future mod.

Also would its wiring diagrams translate remotely over to the Chim?

I can't think so, just because they share a vaguely related motor?

The engine bay EFI loom seems to be 3.9 Range Rover and the rest is all TVR's fault.

A number of race engines including rally cars have this feature as a safegaurd for the engine. Not seen it on a road car though.
