Help!! Door Falling Off

Opened drivers door to see it fall sharply towards the floor - managed to catch it though. Seems there is a what appears to be a threaded pin missing that that goes through the top hinge into the door. Bottom hinge is fine. Is it just a threaded pin that can be replaced or am I looking at complete removal and refit of the door and hinges.

Problem sorted - decided to take speaker out and fish around inside the door. Bingo!! 17mm bolt had come out of the hinge.
