Gear lever serround.

I have heard tales of a chrome gear lever serround from leven for the Chimaera. Does anyone have any details/pics.??? Cheers.

It'd be a sad world if we all liked the same things. I think the surround finishes the area off nicely. I don't like the knob though!

Hi,
With regards to the alloy gaitor surround, I hope Leven bring one out for the earlier model Chimaera, with the door release knob in with the gear lever / handbrake, now that would just about complete the Leven look in my cockpit!

It is, I've got one in exactly that colour (from mrgaiter on E-bay) and it looks sooo much better than the original vinyl thing.

It would have to sit up on the surround to the whole lever gaitor set though wouldn't it... not convinced how it would look..

Thanks for the replies guys..... Edtvr.I dont know what the leven jobie looks like for the Chim so can only guess it must be the same as the Griff ?? I will give them a call and have a talk to them. Cheers to all.

I don't know for sure but reading some of the other posts it appears that earlier Chims have a different design.
perhaps someone else can confirm if and when they were changed.
