Hazards not working?

Hi there,
Can anyone help me its MOT time again!

My indicators work great, but when i push my hazards something clicks once but the lights do not flash. while the hazard button is on the indicators dont work, when its off they are fine.
Is this showing that the switch works and i have a relay problem?
where is the relay if so ? And what car is it off?

It is a bit more complicated than that. The hazard circuitry uses two additional relays and a couple of diodes. All located under the top dash cover. Covered in the bible complete with the wiring diagrams.
