Hello me again ! Now my eletric windows dont function ! Had the car washed yesterday and the windows seemed to stop working (both sides) after the car was washed !?! Changed the fuse but this has made no difference.

Any ideas would be much appreciated.

If you have a test-lamp, start by checking if you have power at the switch, then to motor...

Having just had the same problem I did a search on the site and apparently the first thing to do is to give the door a firm thud whilst pressing the window switch (amazing the things you find on this site). It must work sometimes as the mechanic did the same thing when I took it into the garage. However, it didn't work for me.

Instead he disconnected the speaker and inside the male/female connection plugs between the motor and the feed had worked loose. Apparently its quite common as the doors are opened and closed over time.

Although its strange that both door windows have failed so fuse/feed problem does seem more likely.
