Had a lower pressure Power Steering Hose burst at Zolder on Friday, Nimag made a great job of replacing the hose. Could not find any Mobil ATF220 or Dextron III PAS Fluid. Have Dot 3 Brake fluid in at present will this damage seals?

you are joking about the DOT 3 please.if your not get that out as soon as poss, its not oil based as little lubrication propertys BLAH BLAH BLAH,IM NOT GOING INTO DETAIL BUT FLUSH THAT OUT A NUMBER OF TIMES.and any auto transmission fluid TQF or TQM available anywhere will work just get it out.dont mean to be bossy but i dont want you messing up your pump & steering rack,oh and it will rapidly.brakefluid & oil dont mix in fact the brakefluid will break down the lubrication qualitys of the oil.with rapid pump failure followed by the racks internals...

if you get a chance mix some oil & brakefluid together and you,ll get my point.are you doing rack anyway or just being careful, still at least there wont be any remains of brakefluid waiting to do the biz.good luck.
