How many miles to a full tank ? Mine is a Chimaera 430 which i've only had for a week past Saturday and it's almost empty (£50 gone in 11 days !!!). Think the coolant temp sensor needs changed and the steper motor cleaned, which will hopefully make a difference. Already changed the HT leads and plugs.

Comments advise please ...

Have you driven the car? I find that petrol usage is more often related to miles than days....

Just kidding...22 MPG should be about average.

My fuel gauge needle generally moves quicker than the hour hand on the dashboard clock!!

I'd be happy with £50 in 11 hours.

It's a V8 - dont think about the pounds just enjoy the sounds

£50 in 11 days? It's a new record (in fuel efficiency)!

Advice? Use the loud pedal more and get an Optimax Card...

In an average summer MONTH; Griff £110 of super unleaded; Range Rover £170 of LPG; motorbike £40 of 95 unleaded. Equates roughly to about £80 a week! AND I mostly work from home....oh well, no use in torturing ourselves with these pointless calculations, just drive the damn thing and enjoy it!!!

Why, is that the call out fee for the lowloader?

I tried that but the grins/milage allowance difference was too great
