Help with failed MOT

Hi, I have a RHD chim in Iceland which is a LHD country, the only thing that was wrong with the car in the MOT is that the front headlights are different in RHD as apposed to LHD.
I was told to buy new LHD headlights for the car and I was wondering if you guys know if that is neccesary or if it is, where can I buy them from in the UK

I would have thought you would only need new lenses as the actual bulb assembly should be able to be adjusted to the right. New lenses can be obtained from any Bosch dealer but I wonder if they sell them for LHD?
