Hi Guys,
Have invested in a combination of Snooper Indago (got a great price from P&S Motorsport by the way) and Laser Pro Park, and am looking for inspiration as to where to mount the bits. I have tried the Indago on the windscreen, but with the roof off there is too much glare.

I am trying various positions for The Pro Park alarm lamp and buzzer. Probably have the lamp on the steering wheel cowling, but the buzzer isn't that loud (not as load as the exhausts anyway).

Anyone solved this, or have ideas?

PS.
Many thanks to Ribol and ATG who provided help on the wiring and leadng cables through the car.

Sorry mate, looks like no-one can help you.
Got a Road Angel myself. Goes dead centre of the screen, on a bracket you 'sucker' to the screen itself. I place mine so that the bottom is just above the dash and the laser detector can see out under the wiper in its parked position.
I don't have a problem seeeing it - but I suppose that's not much help to you!
Maybe you can change the contrast or brightness to help you out?

The Road Angel comes with an anti-glare hood - perhaps you need to fashion a similar thing for your Snooper (if it doesn't already have one).

My classic road angel sits neatly on the steering column binacle, secured by two Velcro Pads.
It only slightly obscures the extreme edge of the speedo and tacho, although I do concede that the RoadAngel Classic is probably lower profile than most boxes.
Added bonus is that it is hidden from prying eyes when parked, as it sits behind the Disclok steering wheel cover.
It is also sheilded from glare by the dash top.

Personally I can't do with stuff stuck to windscreen in any car, let alone Barbie (Pink Chim).
I had to fabricate my own discreet bracket to keep TomTom installation neat and out of sight (of prying eyes) in my everyday car.

Regards

Thanks all, i appreciate your comments.
I agree that windscreen mounting is not ideal.
It looks like Emley has hit on the right idea, a custom made bracket.
Off to the shed to see what i can find
