Hi all,
Just got back from our European trip. We went to Le Mans first and then down to the Gorge du Verdon (via part of the Route Napoleon), then down to the Cote D'Azur for day trips into St. Tropex and Monaco/Monte Carlo, then up to Lake Garda in Italy, up the Stelvio Pass, through part of Switzerland, down past Lake Como, past the Matterhorn, through the St. Bernard pass to Chamonix-Mont Blanc, then back up through France to Calais.

A total of 2950 miles in two weeks and the Chimaera never missed a beat.

Anyone booked to go with Bonne Route or Racing Green later in the year is in for a great time.

Here are some photos:

Sounds fantastic, I'm off on the Furball on the 15th which will be taking in many of the places on your route, similar distance as well.
Out of interest what did your fuel bill come to for the 3000 miles? Just trying to help my budgeting.

theaxe, the photos were working ok yesterday!! Drop me a line and I will email them to you. They aren't large files (about 100kb each)

zippee, I didn't count my fuel bill in case it spoilt the holiday mood. Petrol in France and Italy is about the same price as in the UK. I would avoid re-fuelling in Switzerland though if you can as it was around 1.8 Euros/litre.
