Ok, quick one here - I've noticed that if the car stays out in the rain, then the doors seem to fill with water - when I open them there is a small stream that comes out of the bottom of the door through a hole that appears to be there for that very purpose.

Is this right? Probably is, but looks very odd 1st thing in the morning!!

It is a drainage hole, and yours appear to work perfectly....

Tis indeed your holes. Though you can improve drainage so that it does not hold water in the doors by drilling a small hole in the lowest point - there is a little part of the inner door towards the rear that kinks downward. I have seen one or two Chims with holes there, and this really does improve matters.

I couldnt bring myself to drill my car though, so have not done it.

might be worth poking the hole about a bit, mine was blocked with glass fibre bits and there was a lot of water in the door you could hear it sloshing about. chimy
