Hi to all, just joined PH after my first meeting at the Growl, really enjoyed the weekend, looking forward to chimfest06, I,m from sunny Stoke on Trent and have a 97 R green Chim 500.

We i've been here all my life so far so the change's go a little un noticed apart from the new pre congestion filled roadworks that are a constant blight, where are you now then and what do you drive ?

Did they ever finish the roadworks on the A500..? I wa there in 92-95 and it was just a sea of cones and no workmen. I'm now in Herefordshire, see profile for current cars

No suprise there then... I heard that it went out to tender in 93-94 after the first company had given up, and no one bid.

as well as the "making a better stoke" scheme causing major traffic jams, they decided to put a bridged road from the A50 to the Brittannia site it's a total farce, and no one ever seems to be working, just hi vis wearing muppets driving around with flashy orange light on, for no other reason than they can................arrrrgh
