Do a search on spares,

Me? I'd take
Main headlamp
Dipped beam
Indicators
Brake light
Number plate

You can buy a spare bulb set that covers everything you need. They sell them in packs now at any decent motor spares shop; go for the 'H4' pack.

Yes, that's exactly what you need and that price is very good too. For other info on what to take abroad with you , have a look here.
