Bought my Chim over a year ago from Fernhurst and just had my first real problem with it.
Although out of warrantee Brian and Ben from Fernhurst took the time over numerous calls to firstly help the AA patrol to identify the problem and once the AA had got me home they spent further time talking me through the solution.
I can't recommend them highly enough.

I agree. Mine gets serviced there; it's there now. Always extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
Dearer than the small independants but much cheaper than the authorised dealers.
