AVO damper type, spring rates and ride height
Discussion
Stripped the AVO's off the car and have now come back from AVO after a full service.
Looked and I have
2 x AVO PF788 dampers
2 x AVO PF792 dampers
2 x AVO 9inch 275lb springs
2 x AVO 10inch 300lb springs
Presume it's the 10" 300lb springs and the longer PF792 shocks on the front right????
Are these springs ok to refit or should I be replacing them with higher poundage???? (Car will be mostly fast road use, perhaps some sprinting in the future)...
Any tips on what tool I can use to use to change the ride height?

The Chim runs on roughly 15" shocks on the back and 14" on the front.
It also seems a bit wrong to me on the springs.
I tend to sell 300/275lb for the back and 375lb for the front for fitting to Avo's, I know you can squeeze 10" springs on the back but I prefer 9" without heaps of pre-load.
Further to this I advise people to run the rear dampers on low settings to give some compliance, the fronts are not so critical and can be run mid range.
The C spanner can be obtained from Avo direct for about a fiver.

Right have just ordered 2 x 9" 375lb springs for the front (and a c-spanner too) direct from AVO.
Someone said I must run the shocks on low setting at first to let them bleed. Is this necessary? What about ride height - what should I make initial floor to chassis settings at first (on level ground of course).
As I was putting the lower wishbones in last night with powerflex bushes....on the passenger side I managed to fit the thicker white thrust washers either side of the bush as per instructions but on the driver side I could only fit a thinner black thrust washer on one side of the front bush (and a white+black washer on the other side of the bush). Hence net result is I guess that the drivers side lower wishbone front mount is about 1mm further forward. Is this likely to cause any issue (i.e. should I be dismantling it all and hitting it hard with hammer until it does eventually fit a thicker white washer???)
