I would have thought you could get it from any upholstery place that sells black canvas really - just make sure it's a heavy duty fabric that won't fade, bond it to the fibreglass roof panel, and give it a good coating of Fabsil once the glue has dried so that it doesn't go rotten and manky. Or maybe I'm over-simplifying...

Something like this maybe?

Could even use nylon that has been manufactured waterproof, bot might not match the folding section then.

Try autohoods on 0208 391 5326. They should be able to chop you out a piece and sew up the required seams for you at a reasonable price.

I contacted Autohoods but they are only interested in doing the whole roof rather than the panel, looks like the material match is going to be a challenge.

Thanks for the ideas anyway guys.

I used bas-international for my roof panel, ended up phoning the order as their site wasn't working properly at the time, other than that they were fine. The material was exactly the same as original though be aware that the seams are not pre-stitched and they charged £10 for same day delivery. As it turned out I needed the same day delivery but they didn't give any other option!?!? I did a 'how to' guide...

if you need it...
