Ive fited four pots to many fords and never at to play with master cylinder bore sizes in fact ive had cases where foot brake travel as decreased,i hope this is what you mean brummiewedge. In fact ive got bigger discs an granada cossie callipers on my chim although still single piston but bigger, the footbrake travel as not changed so you would notice pedal hardly travels.

I didnt intend to change the master cylinder! this is why i wanted to know the bore size as the pistons on the Bremsport calipers are 1"3/8 (31.5mm)x4. which i think might be on the small side, so = Hard pedal, crap brakes! I have got the option of 330 or 270mm rotors. The kit is an alleged Cossie upgrade so has brackets to fit the 270mm discs included.
