Front Wishbone bush washers.

I have managed to get the wishbones out, I noticed that a couple of the washers that fit between the bushes and the fixing plates are broken. Are they special? anyone know where I could get some new ones.

The last ones I got came from David Gerald... a sort of hard self-lubricating nylon or teflon type material. They were pennies each and I think it would be good practice to replace them if the thing is apart as they resist fore/aft shear on the bushes. I'd imagine any of the TVR parts people would carry them.
