You can have your one rebuilt, most rad suppliers are able to re/core your one you have,or offer exchange possibly.
I got a local quote for £130 ish for a recore (making it more dense, hence better cooling too
) People have had a TVR Aluminium rad which comes out at more like £250, not sure if this is the one the modern cars use?
Higher up again is Radtec (£400 though), available from Act amongst others.
Mine had a small leak, I used radweld; doesn't leak anymore.

I see from your profile you're in the South West.
I took my radiator to Arrow Radiators in Melksham www.arrowrad.co.uk/
They are well-familiar with TVR Rads, they also offer to add extra cores if you wish, and do a good job at a fair price.

Thanks for all your help and suggestions.
I am heading home this w/e so will have a look at the crack/split and then decide how to proceed. Since owning it (just over a year) I have never had to top the coolant level up so I think it may just be a VERY slow leak.
Will update you when I know more.

Mark, I was warned of a leak in the radiator some time ago.
I've had the RadWeld standing by for some time now, but as you say, I haven't had to top up the coolant at all.
I know RadWeld can do nasty things to a radiator, but I'd get a bottle of it (I think it was 3 quid from Wilkinson) and just watch the levels. So long as the temperature stays normal, it shouldn't have a negative impact.
